SKLD Facilities Receive 2020 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
SKLD is proud to announce that SKLD New Lebanon, SKLD Point Place, SKLD Defiance and SKLD Ionia are all recipients of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2020 Customer Experience Award. Qualifying for the award in the category of Customer Experience. SKLD is dedicated to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.
Janice Ferris, administrator of SKLD New Lebanon (pictured below) describes receiving the award as an honor, stating, “This award is a reflection of our staff's hard work and dedication to the care of our residents and patients. We strive to provide outstanding customer service to everyone that enters our doors.”
In each community where SKLD facilities are located throughout Ohio and Michigan, the SKLD teams strive to ensure that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2019, a sampling of SKLD’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate SKLD facilities in specific categories.
Every month, SKLD gathered real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, SKLD has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident’s experience.
